Returns: All returns including all unworn returns (because of wrong size or color purchased) must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Worn or unworn boots must be returned to R&R Supply. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges (to and from R&R Supply). R&R Supply will process returns of items sold from R&R Supply stock only.
We will reship returns due to wrong size ordered as soon as the wrong size ordered is returned and received by R&R Supply.
All return worn boots will be inspected for defects in material and or workmanship. A credit will be issued to the customer for any pair of boots found to be defective. If no defect is found we will contact you as to why the credit was refused.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all new returns. This fee will be waived if the customer replaces return with a boot of equal or greater value.

We reserve the right to ship by Fed Ex or UPS to provide shipping insurance for any order. This may extend in transit delivery time slightly.

A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. You must request an RA within 14 days from your purchase date. Your refund will be less fees and shipping costs. All new returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
