Full Body Harness

The 600 Series lightweight series harnesses offer standard 3-point adjustments, and are available in two universal sizes only Small-Medium and Medium-XL.

Tongue buckle/grommet leg straps, pass-thru buckle chest strap
EZ-Slide back D-ring provides easy, safe connection and keeps fallen worker vertical after any fall
Perfect-fit chest strap with easy to use pass-thru buckle, sewn in place to prevent user maladjustment
Additional rear lumbar straps provide security against rear worker release
Hardware plated to ASTM standards for corrosion resistance
Sizes available: Two universal sizes, S-M or M-XL
Meets or exceeds all applicable fall-arrest systems standards including OSHA, ANSI and the stringent ANSI Z359

Material Specifications:

Webbing: Yellow 1 3/4" wide nylon, tensile strength 10000 pounds

Webbing: Black 1 314" wide nylon, tensile strength 6000 pounds

Dee ring: Cold-formed steel, plated, 100% proof loaded to 3600 pounds, minimum tensile 5000 pounds

Grommets: #2 Rolled rim grommet with spur washer, brass

Thread: 138 Black bonded nylon -Thread: 415 Black bonded nylon

The FrenchCreek difference:

1. Back strap in back below dee ring prevents dee ring from sliding toward legs, which would leave fallen worker suspended upside-down after headfirst fall.

2. Back strap keeps worker from sliding out the back of harness in a fall. OSHA rigid torso tests do not simulate the flexibility of normal human bodies, which can come out of harnesses not "enclosed" in the back.

3. All raw materials are made domestically, and are certified.
