All damaged items must be returned to R&R Supply.
R&R Supply will gladly accept any new returned item purchased from R&R Supply stock provided it is in its original condition. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be deteriorated, torn or otherwise altered in its condition or appearance.
A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. You must request an RA within 14 days from your purchase date. This item is non returnable unless damaged, inoperative, or defective.
