If you are not satisfied just request a return authorization number and ship the product back to us in new condition. Buyer assumes return shipping charges to and from R&R Supply. A 15% restocking fee will be waived if item is replaced with an item of equal or greater value. In the end we will, without question work hard to ensure your satisfaction.
All damaged items must be returned to R&R Supply.
R&R Supply will gladly accept any new returned item purchased from R&R Supply stock provided it is in its original condition. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be deteriorated, torn or otherwise altered in its condition or appearance.
A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. You must request an RA within 14 days from your purchase date. Your refund will be less fees and shipping costs. All new returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
